I am licensed to handle bankruptcy filings in all 21 counties of New Jersey, all boroughs of New York City, Westchester, Long Island and adjoining areas of upstate New York State.

I proudly help clients file bankruptcy in Bergen County, Essex County, Hudson County, and Middlesex County. Biography

Marvin Wolf is admitted to New Jersey and New York State and Federal Courts, the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts of New York and New Jersey (EDNY, SDNY, District of NJ) and the United States Supreme Court.

Marvin Wolf has been a member of the Essex County, Union County, Middlesex County, Queens County and Brooklyn Bar Associations - receiving a Silver Certificate from the latter for having served on its pro bono program.

Marvin formerly served as State Chair for Northern New Jersey of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and is a barrister member of the New Jersey Bankruptcy Inn of Court.

A former consumer arbitrator on "lemon law" cases for the Better Business Bureau of New York, Marvin Wolf's practice is limited to consumer bankruptcy (primarily representing debtors) and business law matters.

Marvin Wolf was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Ethics Fraternity.
