My office provides a full range of bankruptcy and debt relief services.

If you are not a bankruptcy case, I can assist in debt settlement with creditors for lump sum payments, or payouts over time.
I engage in extensive pre-bankruptcy planning to make sure you keep all or most of your assets and to anticipate any potential problems with the bankruptcy trustee.
I assist you in obtaining your credit report for free (it takes about 2 weeks) or download it instantly (at cost - about $20-$30) for immediate access.
I do a basic analysis of any tax issues to see if any tax debts might be able to be discharged in bankruptcy.
I will assist with valuation of your assets, and direct you to professional appraisers if necessary.
I deal with creditors to get them off your back, and to verify if there are any opportunities to sue them under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act or similar statutes.
I provide you with information and assistance on the two course requirements under the new Bankruptcy Code.
I will file your case electronically on the Court's electronic case filing system (ECF).
After filing, I will deal with any creditors who violate the automatic stay issued by the Bankruptcy Court.
I can stop the garnishments, and often can get some or all of the money back that they took during the three months prior to filing the case.
I will provide required documents in advance to the case Trustee and stand by your side during your 341(a) Meeting of Creditors, also known as the Trustee Meeting.
I will keep track of proceedings in your case electronically.
I will inform you and creditors of your bankruptcy discharge.
I will help you budget and get a fresh start.
If a creditor bothers you affter your case is over, I am happy to sue them.
